1. Shipping Timelines & Costs

Charlotte Quality Tires ships to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories. Every order undergoes processing and quality verification before dispatch.

Shipping Cost: Charlotte Quality Tires provides Free Standard Shipping on all tire orders within our standard delivery zones. No hidden fees at checkout — the price you see is the price you pay.

2. Order Tracking

Tracking Confirmation: Once your order leaves our fulfillment center, we will send a confirmation email with your unique tracking number and a direct carrier tracking link.

Update Window: Please allow up to 24-48 hours from the time you receive your tracking number for the carrier's system to display the first scan update.

3. Address Accuracy & Changes

Customer Responsibility: Please ensure that all shipping information — including recipient name, street address, apartment/unit number, city, state, and ZIP code — is complete and accurate before completing your purchase.

Address Modifications: Changes or corrections can only be accommodated if the order has not yet entered fulfillment. Contact us immediately at support@charlottequalitytires.com if you need to update your address.

Undeliverable Packages: If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will reach out to arrange reshipment (shipping charges apply) or process a refund for the product cost minus any actual shipping expenses incurred.

4. Lost, Delayed & Stolen Packages

Delayed Shipments: If your tracking shows no activity past the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@charlottequalitytires.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.

Marked "Delivered" but Missing: If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate the package, please first check with household members, neighbors, and your local post office or carrier hub. While Charlotte Quality Tires is not liable for theft occurring after delivery confirmation, we are committed to helping you file a claim and locate your order.

Confirmed Lost in Transit: If the carrier officially determines a package as lost before delivery, we will promptly arrange a free replacement shipment or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

5. Tire Fitment Disclaimer

Please verify your tire size, rim diameter, load index, speed rating, and overall vehicle compatibility before finalizing your order. While we display detailed specifications on every product page to help you make an informed decision, the customer bears final responsibility for ensuring the selected tire fits their vehicle correctly.
