1. Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return for eligible tires. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot accept return requests.

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, your tire(s) must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Condition: The tire must be unused, unmounted, undriven, undamaged, and in its original factory condition.
  • Packaging: Original manufacturer labels, tags, barcodes, and packaging must be present and undamaged.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or order confirmation email is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • ❌ Tires that have been mounted, balanced, installed, or driven on any surface.
  • ❌ Tires with damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, neglect, accident, or road hazards.
  • ❌ Items clearly marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" at time of purchase.

3. Return Shipping & Fees

Our Error (Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Item): Charlotte Quality Tires covers 100% of return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid return label at no charge.

Customer Remorse (Wrong Size, Changed Mind, etc.): The customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance.

Restocking Fee: We charge $0 in restocking fees — ever. Your refund will be the full product price you paid.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email support@charlottequalitytires.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, tire model/size, and the reason for return.
  2. Receive Authorization: Our support team reviews requests within 1–2 business days. If approved, we will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address. Do not ship anything back without this authorization.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely package the tires (use original packaging if available) and ship using a trackable carrier. Keep your tracking number until your refund is processed.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect tire, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at support@charlottequalitytires.com with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer — at zero cost to you.

6. Refunds & Exchanges

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.

Timeline: Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges: We offer direct exchanges for incorrect, damaged, or defective items. If the replacement tire is out of stock, a full refund will be issued immediately.
