1. Shipping Timelines & Costs

We ship to the United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories). All orders undergo processing before they are dispatched.

• Processing begins after your order is placed and payment is confirmed
• Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date your order ships — not the order date
• Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays

2. Order Tracking

• A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships
• You can also check your order status anytime on our Track Order page

3. Address Accuracy & Changes

• Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order
• Charlotte Quality Tires is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
• If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately — we may be able to update it before dispatch

4. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

• If your package appears delayed beyond the estimated window, please reach out and we will investigate
• If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 48 hours and we will work with the carrier
• Please verify your delivery location is secure before shipment — we are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery confirmation
