RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Return Eligibility

Eligible tires may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they meet all of the following conditions:

• Unused — tires must not have been mounted, installed, or driven on
• Undamaged — no cuts, punctures, repairs, or alterations of any kind
• Original condition — all original labels, tags, and manufacturer markings must be intact
• Original packaging — returned in the original shipping packaging

Non-Returnable Items

• Tires that have been mounted, installed, driven on, or used in any way
• Custom or special-order products
• Final sale or clearance items (marked as non-returnable at time of purchase)

2. Return Process

1. Contact us at support@charlottequalitytires.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will review your request and provide a Return Authorization with shipping instructions if approved
3. Package tires securely in their original packaging with the return label visible
4. Drop off at the carrier location indicated in the return instructions

3. Return Shipping Costs

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining the receipt until your refund is confirmed.

4. Refunds

• Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect your return
• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within up to 7 business days
• Actual posting time depends on your bank or payment provider
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

5. Exchanges

If you need a different size or model, the fastest path is to return the original item following this policy and place a new order for the correct product.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of placement, provided the order has not been processed or shipped. Contact us immediately to request a cancellation.
