Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping within the contiguous United States takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. All tire orders ship free. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Yes — free standard shipping on every tire order to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). No minimum purchase required. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.

We are based in Port Charlotte, Florida, at 2705 S Tamiami Trail. We serve customers across the United States through our online store with nationwide shipping from our fulfillment network.

Your vehicle's correct tire size is printed on the sidewall of your current tires (format example: 225/65R17). You can also check your driver's side door jamb sticker or vehicle owner's manual. Use our tire size finder on the homepage or shop page to filter by size. If you're unsure, email us your vehicle year, make, and model — we'll help you identify the correct fit.

You can request a cancellation or modification within a few hours of placing your order — before it enters the fulfillment process. Contact us immediately at support@charlottequalitytires.com with your order number. If the order has already shipped, cancellation may not be possible, but you can initiate a return after delivery under our Return Policy.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Tires must be unused, unmounted, undriven, and in original condition with all labels and packaging intact. No restocking fees — ever. Return shipping is free if the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item). For full details, see our Return & Refund Policy.

Once we receive and inspect your returned tire(s), approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit to your account. We'll notify you by email at every step.

Inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect tire, contact us within 7 calendar days at support@charlottequalitytires.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — at no cost to you.

Warranty coverage varies by tire brand and model. Many tires include a manufacturer's warranty covering workmanship and materials. Warranty details are typically listed on the product page or available in the manufacturer's documentation. For store return rules and defect handling, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

Once your order ships, we will send a confirmation email with your unique tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also track your order anytime at our Track Order page. Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's system to show the first update.

We accept all major credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All transactions are encrypted with SSL technology and processed through PCI-compliant payment gateways. We do not store your full card details.
